Shipping cost is 5$ on all orders.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over 40$ worldwide.


Uncollected Orders Policy

 

Collection Responsibility: The customer is fully responsible for collecting their order from the designated pick-up point within the specified timeframe. Failure to collect the order does not entitle the customer to a replacement or refund.

Important Notes:

  • Orders not collected will be returned to sender after the pick-up point's holding period expires
  • We are not responsible for orders that are returned due to non-collection
  • Additional shipping fees may apply for redelivery of uncollected orders
  • No replacement orders will be sent for packages that weren't collected

Delivery Timeframe: Our free standard shipping option typically delivers your order within 7-12 business days from the date of purchase. While most orders arrive within 7 days on average, please note that delivery times may vary depending on factors such as your location, shipping carrier, and any unforeseen circumstances.

Order Processing Time: Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing before shipment. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
